To enter your vehicle into the auction, contact via telephone or email to reserve your spot in the next auction. Once you have a slot, fill in an entry form with yours and the vehicles details. Bring the vehicle down within 24 hours of the auction so we can process and enter the vehicle for listing, then wait for us to contact you with the results of your sale.
If your reserve price is not met you will be contacted on the night with the provisional price. If you are not willing to accept the provisional price we can negotiate with the winning bidder and come to an acceptable outcome. If negotiations fail, the vehicle will be listed as unsold, which can then either be listed into the next event, sold private treaty to which you will receive your reserve price or withdrawn from the auction.
Buying from the auction is easy! Simply come down to the event with a clear budget in mind, don’t forget to add the fee’s into your budget! Keys will be available to inspect the vehicles 2 hours before the auction is set to start. Once a vehicle you intend to bid on has pulled up to the auction, the auction will go through the vehicle details and start the bidding.
